Folks! Thanks for all the kind messages and emails! All is OK -- Old-man Mike flipped off his skateboard last Saturday (yes, I'm a ridiculous dumb-ass), and fractured his hip. I had surgery -- some pins placed in, so I'm on crutches for a bit, but I'm OK.
