oh, it's nice today.... but it'll get cold in a couple of days.... freezing cold :D
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:14am
Jan Turkenburg:

Yes, I'm going to talk about that a bit in the next break.

Listener Robert:

I might've missed this program if we'd left for Pennsylvania to pick up a friend, but since he hasn't responded to voice mails the past 2 days, we're still here. What's disturbing is that his voice mail is so bad it sometimes takes him several days to get calls.
Avatar 10:20am
Peke:

@robert, l hope your friend is alright...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21am
Jan Turkenburg:

Hi Robert! Yes, I can imagine. It would make me worried too.
Avatar 10:22am
Domenic:

Good morning. I've shocked more than a few people telling them German country/western music is a thing.
  10:23am
mzzm:

Hi Jan, I just realized you have four shows a week. it's almost everyday! Thank you!
  10:23am
Listener Robert:

I'm not worried because of our previous experience with our friend's voice mail service. He is switching to another when the contract runs out, which will be soon.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:24am
Jan Turkenburg:

hi mzzm, it's also a good thing for me to get me through this pandemic and I'm glad people are enjoying!
Avatar 10:28am
Peke:

l didn't hear anything about a blizzard, though... That part must be Zwolle only
  10:29am
Listener Robert:

Maybe this is one of those winters they'll be able to do that long distance canal skating race on the ice.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:29am
Jan Turkenburg:

Yes, that is expected in the northern provinces.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:31am
Jan Turkenburg:

Robert, I think you're reffering to the 11 cities tour. That's not likely to happen. It has to freeze moderatley to severely for at least 10 days in a row for the ice to become strong enough. That's not expected to happen.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:34am
Jan Turkenburg:

And lots of snow, which has been forecasted is not very good for the quality of the ice.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:34am
StringOFperils:
