There was a guy named Bird Leg that used to MC at a dive near 14th and Franklin in Oakland. He would charge a cover, hawk passers to come in. Bird Leg would call it Spoken Word, Karaoke, Freestyle, Poetry Slam, Gospel depending on the type of person to get people in that dump bar. As soon as he had enough money to get loaded he would disappear and leave the mislead paying crowd to argue and fight over the microphone and format. He would return hours later and holler at people that they were stealing his equipment or cause some type of diversion to get his PA out of the bar without settling with the bar.

@winston: not yet. Interviewed even at Lowes, told them had their cataloging system memorized, and demonstrated. Sometimes I come off too erudite for menial-skilled jobs, I can't help it. My partner always to tell me to stop talking like a robot, but it's what I'm used to in business transactions.

so the program that BAS gave me to isolate vocals or instrumentals of tracks is RX8 but you dont even have to use it - instead go to vocalremover.org where you can simply isolate vocals and instrumentals (takes a minute and is free unless u want to make a donation) and the website also has some other features like adjusting the pitch of the track
