I've been put in byzantine phone & email labyrinths trying to figure out when to go to court for "trespassing" on July 4th when everyone went on the roof to watch the fireworks (some peeps were shooting roman candles, so was everyone else in the hood). Now, my summons, was rendered illegible (being a carbon copy) after I folded it in my wallet. Well, if it was Ma Bell insinuating her bad self, then I guess that puts the kibosh on ever calling. C'est domage.

Imagine hearing a Bach composition in a church--no electricity, horses tied up outside, breeze blowing through the open windows, dinner later at the tavern..by candlelight.

Isn't everyone *over* Zoe D. yet?? Really annoying, cloying persona.

Been lurking and zoning (in and out). Gotta go run out and collect our farmshare box. Have a great last-ever 18 minutes of the show, Kenzo!

@Bliss: Mmmm, yes, I can. I sang the St. Matthew and many other Bach opuses in one of the finest acoustical sites of all: Harvard Memorial Church, and also some other smaller chapel (whose name escapes me) on the campus.

The Phoenix house was not far from where I would hit brunch once a month in college, in Melrose, FL. Joaquin came to one of our parties in G-ville in '99 right before Gladiator came out. How he found out about, we had no idea. (I didn't know who he was at the time, until some asked, 'Joaquin, like Phoenix'? [only so much happens in FL])

Someone here at work brought an industrial strength snow cone maker. I am having a cherry one but wish I had brought some Tanqueray or tequila to work today.
