I'm usually answering the phone first because I hate the sound of the endlessly ringing phone. It raises my BP. I can tell within three seconds if it's a junk call kind of like Name That Tune.

I myself worked as a student on customer service of a Best Buy and there was this call I was attending which seemed like a prank call at first. But something about it made me give it a benefit of doubt. ANd sure enough, it was an actual call. It's just that the customer had an ultra strange way of talking and explaining her problem and questions.

I myself worked as a student on customer service of a Best Buy and there was this call I was attending which seemed like a prank call at first. But something about it made me give it a benefit of doubt. ANd sure enough, it was an actual call. It's just that the customer had an ultra strange way of talking and explaining her problem and questions.
