This isn't a spaghetti western but almost as good -- plot synopsis for a Chinese film titled "Skater's Love:"
"Lin Jiajun, the winner of skating contest is imprisoned for killing Chen Dacheng from Hong Kong in a traffic accident. He is released from prison two years later, only to discover that he has been expelled from the skating association and that his skating partner has got married. Brokenhearted, he sinks into depression. But then, Chen's former mistress comes into his life. Their hostility and misunderstanding give way to love. On the eve of their marriage, a gang breaks into their house . . ."
