On today's Hi-Waisted Modernists with DJ GeorgyGirl, The Blue Haired Hippie, I celebrate the birthday of legendary electronic music pioneer Delia Derbyshire, interspersing "Inventions For Radio: the Dreams", a 1964 spoken word BBC broadcast, with The Delia Derbyshire Appreciation Society's 2017 album "Blue Filter". Delia Derbyshire was a cornerstone of the highly experimental BBC Radiophonic Workshop in the 1960s, and is best remembered for her work on "Doctor Who".

Hi GG, something appears to be wrong with the 128K stream. When I relisten, it's as if everything plays slower than it should. (I'm listening with VLC player - checked the play speed, which is normal @100%) The pop-up one is good, though.
